Meet the Team

Liam Rudge

Liam has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and another 12 years in industrial and commercial cleaning. This mix of skills gives him a strong understanding of two major areas of our service. He knows exactly what each job requires, the pressures on site, and the qualities needed to perform well.

Liam focuses on matching clients with workers who suit the role.

He has spent his career building solid relationships with colleagues, management teams and industry partners, and he brings that same approach to Dragon Labour Solutions.

His aim is to make sure every placement benefits both the worker and the client.

Lee

Lee has 10 years of experience in traffic management, along with previous work as a groundworker and labourer. He also brings hands-on knowledge from manufacturing and warehouse environments. This gives him a wide and practical understanding of several sectors we supply.

His background allows him to spot the demands of each job and recognise the type of person who will meet them.

Lee supports both clients and candidates throughout the process, making sure everyone gets the right guidance and a smooth experience from start to finish.
